As we work together to reduce the spread of Covid-19, the following protocol should be expected during your visit:
- Face mask or covering will be required for the duration of your session
- ONLY the client is permitted entry, so please come alone.
- Hand sanitizer stations will be set up throughout the studio for use, in addition
- Maintain 6ft distance at all times before and after procedure
- Temperature check may be requested
- Re-affirmation of brief Covid-19 questionnaire will be required, as an addition to consent form
- As always, all stations and common area spaces will be disinfected before and after each client
To ensure your appointment goes as smoothly as possible:
- Please come with a CLEAN FACE. No makeup AT ALL.
The remaining balance of your appointment MUST be paid in CASH. Please bring exact amount as I do not have change.
- There will be a $5 Transaction fee if you don’t have CASH.
- Deposit must be paid at the time of booking appointment. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERRABLE. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your deposit is forfeited and you must book a new appointment and pay a new deposit. Your deposit is to secure the time and date of the appointment at the time of booking.
- No call/No Shows will be charged a 100% no show fee and you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment.
-Appointments will be CANCELLED and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment.
-If your appointment is cancelled due to tardiness or you cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours of appointment and you are using a gift card/voucher, we will issue you a store credit in the amount paid. At reschedule, you will need to pay another deposit and pay full price for the service minus the amount paid for gift card/voucher.
- We will not perform services over previous work done by someone else unless you have had a consultation with us and we have approved your service.
- If you book an appointment and you have had previous work done and we have not approved your service, WE WILL NOT issue a refund.
