To ensure the successful completion of your appointment, all required supplies must be brought with you.
If any necessary items are missing, we will be unable to proceed with your appointment, and no refunds will be issued.
Please review and follow the instructions below carefully:
- Fasting: If your healthcare provider has requested fasting, please fast overnight before your appointment. You may drink water.
- Hydration: We encourage you to drink water before your blood draw to ensure an easier collection.
- Freezer Brick (KITS ONLY): If your test kit includes a freezer brick, please freeze it for at least 8 hours before your appointment.
- Sample Collection: If your provider has ordered urine or cheek swabs, please collect them as instructed before your appointment.
- Bring Your Kit (KITS ONLY): You must bring the complete test kit provided by your healthcare provider. We do not supply kits. Ensure your kit includes:
- Lab requisition form and blood draw instructions
- Tubes for collection
- Shipping label
- Biohazard bags
- Foam box
- Fully frozen ice packs
- Blood Draw: The phlebotomist will collect the necessary tubes based on your healthcare provider’s order.
- Sample Shipment: The phlebotomist will prepare your sample for shipment and ensure it is sent to the lab via FedEx or UPS.

For Non-Corporate Clients: A 50% deposit will be collected to reserve your appointment, if your appointment is canceled less than 1 business day in advance, this deposit will not be refunded.
We do not produce, provide, or send any lab results. Please refer to your physician for lab results. We CAN provide the lab location, date and time delivered, and lab phone number upon request.
