DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment & will go towards your service. Deposits can be used to reschedule if our cancellation policies are followed.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel/reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. There will be no refund for No Call/No Show and could possibly result in not being able to book service again.
LATE POLICY: There is a 10 minute grace period for all services. If you pass the 10 minute mark, It is at my discretion to decide if we have enough time to accommodate your appointment and deposit is forfeited.
PAYMENT: Credit/debit cards, cash, Venmo(@LashesbyPatty) and Zelle(Lashesbypatty)
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: Please come without any makeup on or around eyes. There will be a $10 fee for an extra lash bath. No extra guests are allowed during your service, this session is all about you.
I do not offer refunds for any services. If you have any problems or abnormal shedding/fallouts, please be sure to reported to me within 48 hrs to avoid additional fees.
After Care
• Avoid getting your lashes wet for 24-48 hours. Steaming, saunas, tanning beds, and working out/sweating heavily should be avoided after lash application to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
•Avoid getting close to high heat such as opening the oven or looking over boiling water. Dry high heat and will affect the adhesive and the curl of the lashes.
•Avoid rubbing, picking and/or pulling at your extensions and natural lashes. This can cause damage to your natural lashes.
•Do not use oil-based and/or waterproof mascaras or eyeliners. If you must wear mascara it should be water-based and applied at the tip of your lashes
•Do not use Q-tips or Cotton Balls because the lint can snag your lash extensions and pull your natural lash out.
•Do not use an eyelash curler on your extensions.
•I recommends fill-in appointments every 2-3 weeks to fill in the areas where the natural lashes have shedded and new lashes have grown in. Anything after 3 weeks will require extra time and cost
•Do not perm or tint your lashes before or after your lash extension application.
•Do not cut lashes or try to remove lashes on your own.
•Brush lashes daily
•Wash lashes daily. Keeping your lashes clean will help with lash health and also help with retention.
•Avoid sleeping on your face, it will crush lashes and cause them to bend
