We are required to do a conflicts check before we can meet with you. You will typically receive a confirmation from us via email within one (1) business day, or we may contact you for additional information if we notice a possible conflict with one of our previous clients.
Since this is a boutique firm, if the information you provide suggests that our firm is not the best fit for your legal needs (e.g., you need assistance in a non-entertainment matter or are interested in filing a lawsuit), we may cancel the appointment and suggest that you contact another lawyer/firm.
Please note, scheduling an appointment, receiving a free consultation, or paying a consultation fee does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only created when a fee agreement is signed and the requisite retainer fee is paid to Amy E Mitchell, PLLC.
