A Pilates group fitness class to help strengthen the core, improve strength and tone.
All fitness levels welcome. If postpartum, must be 6 weeks PP and have doctors okay.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Cancellations can be made up to 2 (TWO hours) prior to the class time, otherwise 100% of the class fee will be charged. If you cannot make the class you have booked in for, please think of others on the waitlist and cancel ASAP. Thank you!
