I look forward to working with you. It’s a privilege and an honor to get to teach and share tools that have transformed my life.
Before we get started, I need to tell you, I am not a therapist. I am a life coach. I am a life coach with a passion for helping others. My job is not to tell you what to do. The likelihood of success for either of us would be low, if I assumed what I would do, or what anyone else would do, in a given situation is the right thing for you to do. Lasting results come from seeing your own thoughts, feelings, beliefs, culture, etc…and deciding the best course of action. I can help you navigate the crap and get to a place of decision and peace.
With tools and techniques, I will teach you, you will be able to change your life – more clarity, more confidence, more connection – and less worry!
I describe the difference between a therapist and a life coach like this: a therapist is like a physical therapist. We often see a physical therapist for a targeted problem or ailment - when something has gone wrong or something is broken. The physical therapist will work to fix that specific problem. A life coach is more like a personal trainer. While you may work on parts of the body that the physical therapist also works on, a personal trainer helps you build every muscle. A personal trainer, like a life coach, helps us get to the next best version of ourselves. There is nothing wrong with you and you are not broken. We will work together to build the muscles that will help change your life.
I look forward to being your coach and helping you get to the next level!
