Our Mission
At Illustrious Designs we provide our clients with a memorable experience while ensuring the health of their hair. Clients should feel empowered and confident upon leaving the chair.
Illness Policy:
Flu season is upon up and we are still battling Covid. Please communicate with us to reschedule your appointment if you feel you have the slightest temperature, cough, runny nose, etc.. You will not be penalized if you are upfront with us. We will gladly reschedule your appointment.
Deposits:
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking.
Tardy Policy:
We do not have a tardy policy or fee; however, we do as that you are respectful of our time and send a courtesy text to your stylist in order to let her know of your ETA. Please know that if it tardiness is a continued offense, your stylist has the right to remove you as a client.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a 50% fee. No call no shows will result in 100% fee and you will be required to pay full price at your next booking. Your appointment is considered NCNS 15 after the start of your appointment. These funds are non-refundable. You will be allowed up to 3 cancellations then you will no longer be allowed to book with Illustrious Designs. If you pay full price at booking, you will be allowed one reschedule. No refunds will be issued.
Microlink and Tape In Policy:
Microlinks require a consultation before scheduling your main appointment. This can be done virtually. If you book a consult, it is not guaranteed you will be able to receive a microlinks or tape in service on the same day due to scheduling conflicts. You will have 2 weeks to inform the stylist of any issues you may have with your install. All services are non-refundable; however we will guarantee our work within the first 2 weeks of installation.
Squeeze in Policy:
We will be strictly enforcing a $50 squeeze in fee. “Squeeze ins” will include appointments requests within 24 hours of service, appointments requested outside of business hours, appointments added on days already completely booked, or any other time slot that would require me to work overtime.
Refunds:
All services and products are non-refundable. We will work with you if you have an issue with you service that was caused by the stylist. Each case will be handled on a case by case situation. Please communicate any issues you may have with your services or products with your stylist.
