COVID-19 STAY-AT-HOME: As of September 14, we are still operating as video lessons ONLY until further notice. I know that some studios are re-opening, but I would like to stay on the side of caution for a while longer before opening my actual doors. I'm so grateful to be able to still do all the great work we do through video! With video learning I can kick your booty to anyone anywhere FROM anywhere and I love that! The Acuity Scheduler will send you a link once you've booked your lesson. If you do not already have zoom installed on your computer or phone, please download the software. I will email more info on how to maximize video sessions :)
HOW TO BOOK AND THINGS TO KNOWBook a single lesson or a recurring appointment. This website has all my updated availability. All bookings are first come first serve, and you never have to wait for me to be available to confirm an appointment. This allows me to reach more students and accommodate all the crazy schedules.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICYYou can cancel/reschedule directly from the confirmation email or from your profile on the Acuity website. Please note that I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please plan well in advance and do so with more than 24 hours notice. If a lesson is cancelled/reschedule requested with less than 24 hours notice, no credit will be offered and the session will be lost. A cancelled lesson will be refunded but there will be a 8% restocking fee. I encourage everyone to reschedule instead of cancelling! To reschedule a lesson, you must do so through the website or through the link on the confirmation email prior to 24 hours notice. Again, if you simply reschedule with more than 24 hours notice, there will be no cancellation fee.TIPSPlease book sessions well in advance but at least 12 hours in advance. For example, if you wish to have a lesson Monday at 4pm, you must book before Monday at 4am. After that my booking site will enter a blackout period. You can contact me directly via text to see if we can work out a same day session scheduling.If for some reason the site isn't loading, try restarting your phone, computer, or device. This usually refreshes the browser/cookies, and solves the problem. If it doesn't, please get in touch with me directly!TIME ZONE AWARENESSBecause my booking site allows me to teach online sessions to anyone in the world in any time zone, be aware of booking your lesson out of town. When booking your lesson, pay attention to the time you are booking and the time zone you are in (PST, EST, etc) If you are booking a lesson while you are out of town, make sure you choose PST as your time option. If you are booking a lesson from New York and you want to take the lesson IN New York, make sure the time zone says EST. If you want to double check, email or text me and I can let you know if we both have the same time on our schedules.

IMPORTANT! ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONSArrive at your lesson exactly on time, NOT EARLY PLEASE. I'll meet you at the door at the precise time of your lesson, usually while letting out the student before you. Most students like to just wait in the car until they see me come to the door
VIDEO SESSIONS:Once you purchase your lesson, Acuity will send you a Zoom link where we will meet at the time of our lesson (make sure to double check the time zone). I will email a link with information on how to maximize video session productivity.
