Booking Policy:
You are required to pay a deposit to secure your appointment. If you would like to pay in full you may as well, but a deposit is required to confirm your appointment via the payment options you will see listed below. The Beautè Bar offers multiple options for you to pay. All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to do so at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment time so other clients are able to schedule with me in a timely manner. There are no cancellation fees but please do remember that all deposits are non-refundable.
Lateness Policy:
Please keep in mind that if you are late to your appointment, your service time will not be extended due to clients who may have an appointment after you. It isn't fair to have other clients waiting or push their appointment time back. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I have the right to reschedule your appointment. If you are a no call/ no show and you want to book another appointment at another time, you will be required to pay the full amount before your appointment. I have the right to deny your service if this happens more than once.
About Your Appointment:
If you are a first time client, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete any consultation or consent forms if not completed online.
You will receive 1-2 confirmation emails depending on which service is being provided. The first confirmation email will be automated and the second confirmation email will provide any pre appointment information or instructions if needed.
New Clients:
You may not book a microdermabrasion, chemical peel or high frequency treatment for your first appointment. These type of appointments require a consultation/mini or basic facial beforehand.

Remainder of payment must be done in cash before services begin. You may pay full price through the website as well.

* Beaute Bar also provides mobile services at an extra cost ( cost is determined by miles needed to travel ) and must be scheduled 48 hours in advance *
