We are a fully equipped Pilates studio. We offer privates, duo privates and group classes.

**PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY
- Must have experience on the Pilates equipment to schedule in group classes.
- If NO experience or are NEW to our studio!
- Required to do the 3 Private Intro Package before joining in group classes.
- Read the description and the times of the Apparatus Classes before picking a time.
- All classes are different levels. Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced.
- If you are new only signup for the classes that are listed Beginner.
- Look above click on *Products/Packages* for deals discounts on sessions.
- Buy a package FIRST to schedule a session at discounted prices.
After you schedule your first class make sure you REGISTER for an account. Than you can view and make changes to the appointments you signed up for.
If you already have an account LOGIN above before scheduling a session.
All sessions are by appointment and reserved with payment. Appointment cancellation with less than 24 hours notification of the existing scheduled appointment time are charged at regular rates. Late arrivals may conduct their session in the remaining time left for the scheduled appointment with no discount to the scheduled session. No refunds.
