It's a method of exploring the why's behind your food choices. Through our online daily lessons, you uncover the ins and outs of your eating habits. We draw attention to your hunger and fullness levels, food quality, water intake, and sleep patterns. Over time you will find yourself making healthier choices without the struggle that comes with sticking to a diet.

Here we will meet and assess whether you are ready for the program.
