In this day-retreat, we will explore how beliefs drive thinking and behaviour, and how we can gently and kindly work with the root cause to produce a shift from self-criticism to self-compassion.
We will combine a gentle yoga practice, breathwork and meditation to ground and centre, followed by Gestalt group process focussed on building awareness of the inner critic and developing the voice of your inner mentor.
