In this class you will increase overall flexibility and build strength in muscles that support your joints and spine. We move through a slow flow of yoga poses. This class is perfect for someone who has never done yoga before or who needs a slower paced, gentler yoga class.
This will be a virtual class via Zoom. We will send access information 2 hours prior to class. We recommend that you have a yoga mat, towel and a block (e.g. Clorox Wipe Container) handy.
