DEPOSITS & TARDINESS
A deposit of $28 is required, but ONLY $25 counts towards your service balance To schedule your appointment.
Deposits ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/ NONTRANSFERABLE
A 15 minute grace period will be given for arrival. Your appointment will be cancelled INDEFINITELY anytime after those 15mins and you will lose your full deposit of $28
INCLUDED HAIR
INCLUDED HAIR COLORS ARE 1, 1B, 2, 4 ,27, 30, 350, 99j, red, and burgundy. Only if that style says hair included in the description when booking your appointment.
APPOINTMENT DAY
Please If you are scheduled for a child it will be great that you let me know ahead of time if she/ he is tender headed. Please ensure your child hair is out and detangled and ready for a shampoo. I am on a timed schedule and there is an additional $10 fee IF I GO OVER YOUR SCHEDULE TIME AND INTO SOMEONE ELSES APPOINTMENT TIME.
CANCELATIONS
If you cancel your own appointment online and need a new appointment you must rebook and pay another DEPOSIT.

COUSTOM COLOR WIG INTALLATION
When booking custom color or wig installation.
All Lace Frontals or closures must be brought to the salon at least 3 business days prior to your appointment (Tuesday-Friday 10am-3pm)

CLIENT CONSENTS TO THEIR PICTURE BEING TAKEN, AND USED FOR PORTFOLIO AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. CLIENT IS ALLOWED TO COVER THEIR FACE, HAVE THEIR FACE BLURRED OR DIGITALLY COVERED.
