Member Goal Setting
We will spend 15-20 minutes talking about your current fitness and how you are feeling. We will walk out of the meeting with a tangible short-term goal, that you care about, and that will motivate you to kick some tail in the gym and in the kitchen.

In 20 minutes we will get to know you, help you get to know us, and map out the best way to help you succeed...even if that means not with us! There is no pressure, just answers!
