Women's Wellness Pilates
1 hour 30 minutes
This class is for women with diastasis recti (abdominal separation), pelvic organ prolapse, stress incontinence (leaking urine when sneezing, coughing, jumping, etc), or who are postpartum. You will learn important concepts and then strengthen your deep core muscles with Pilates based exercises on the equipment. Educational videos with exercises and a long resistance band is also included for home practice. Class size is very limited.
Pilates Intro Package
Our Pilates intro package includes over 2 hours of educational exercise videos and two 50 minute private Pilates sessions with a Pilates instructor. Please schedule a time for your first private session now. The videos will be emailed to you immediately so you can start strengthening and learning immediately. Pilates sessions are in person, but you may request a virtual session if you prefer (just reply to the confirmation email to let us know).
Pilates for Low Back Pain
1 hour 30 minutes
If you have been dealing with chronic back soreness and stiffness, this class is for you. This class will teach you some quick tips, exercises for home, and strengthen your deep core muscles with Pilates based exercises on the equipment. Class size is very limited in order to provide personalized attention. If you have new or severe back pain, we recommend starting with Physical Therapy.
