    • HOLD THE VISION PRO PACKAGE

      $200.00

      Hold the Vision pro package consist of 8 personal/semi-private training sessions (client will come in 2x a week). Semi private (2-3 clients with similar physical capabilities and goals) Training sessions consist of exercise routines that are specifically targeted towards your goals. You can expect strength training for those who want to build muscle while on the other hand you may have clients that need low impact training due to underlying health issues or age. Hold the Vision training can tailor to ANYONES GOALS. These 8 sessions MUST BE completed within 4 weeks. The only time sessions can extend out of 4 week period is if the circumstances are communicated between the trainer and the client. This package also includes a nutritional guide (vegan friendly).

      Hold the Vision basic package consist of 12 personal/semi-private training sessions (client will come in 3x a week). Semi private (1-3 clients with similar physical capabilities and goals) Training sessions consist of exercise routines that are specifically targeted towards your goals. You can expect strength training for those who want to build muscle while on the other hand you may have clients that need low impact training due to underlying health issues or age. Hold the Vision training can tailor to ANYONES GOALS. These 12 sessions MUST BE completed within 4 weeks (client will come in 3x per week). The only time sessions can extend out of 4 week period is if the circumstances are communicated between the trainer and the client. This power package also includes a nutritional guide (vegan friendly).

      $400.00

      Hold the Vision basic package consist of 16 personal/semi-private training sessions (client will come in 4x a week). Semi private (1-3 clients with similar physical capabilities and goals) These 16 sessions MUST BE completed within 4 weeks (client will come in 4x per week). The only time sessions can extend out of 4 week period is if the circumstances are communicated between the trainer and the client.
