HOLISTIC CORE RESTORE® HEAT

HEAT® class | LIVE in person | Storey's Field Centre | 9:30-10:20

50 minutes @ £10.00

This class will run at Storey's Field Centre.
It is a resistance based, low impact class. We will use bands, balls and work the whole body

If you have not yet completed the HCR® Everywoman course you will need to fill out a health screening form before coming. Thank you.

WORKSHOPS

Your Magnificent menopause workshop | Saturday 24th September 10:00-11:30am | Storeys Field Centre

1 hour 30 minutes @ £20.00

A workshop to discuss what you can all do to support yourself through the peri menopause and beyond. Followed by some relaxation exercises.

HEAT® PACKAGE

HEAT® Class | 5 week course | 9:30-10:20 | Sept 20th/27th/ Oct 4th/ 11th/ 18th

If you have not yet completed the HCR® Everywoman course you will be sent a health screening form to complete before attending the Heat® class.
You will need a mat for this class. We also use resistance bands which are provided. but you are welcome to bring your own too.
