- Each individual procedure we offer requires one 30 minute appointment. However, do not book more than 2 appointments. Two appointments will allow for multiple procedures on the day as consultation times are condensed.
- Every 30-minute appointment slot requires a Booking Fee for booking even if you have had a consultation previously.
- Procedures performed directly after your consultation will have the Booking Fee made for that procedure only applied towards the final cost of that procedure if done that day. Booking Fees can not be carried over for a booking at a later date. Booking Fees can not be combined to apply toward one procedure.
- Botox injections can be had along with any filler procedure during the same 30-minute appointment. Only book one appointment if you would like a filler procedure and Botox injections.
- You do not have to pre-request to have treatment at your consultation. It is assumed that you will and it can be ultimately decided at your appointment.
How do I book multiple appointments?
Each of our 30-minute slots accommodates one treatment, so if you want multiple treatments then you must book two 30-minute slots. For example, if you want Lip Filler and also Midface Filler then please repeat the process in order to book two 30-minute slots (next to each other) and select from the drop-down in the form what treatment you would like during each slot. Please do not schedule more than two 30-minute slots as multiple treatments can be performed during a double booking as consultation times are combined. For Dublin, appointments run longer, so only one appointment is needed for FFR or Profile Balancing or multiple treatments.

You will be asked to fill out your name, a confirmation that you are 18+, phone number(choose the correct country code!), and email. It is also important that you make us aware of any potential interfering medications which may disrupt your attendance with these appointments. It is also very important to make us aware if you have had any treatments before. If yes, then please include all of the relevant information such as history, treatment types, complications etc. (Be aware, that if the previous filler is lumpy or in the wrong place, we or your previous practitioner may need to dissolve it first).
Please do not assume that you are booking in with a specific doctor. If you desire a specific doctor please email us at helpdesk@consultantclinic.com to request their schedule PRIOR to making your booking so that you can choose appropriate dates for that doctor's assignments.
PLEASE NOTE: As explained in our T&Cs, we do not guarantee that patients will be seen by the doctor of their choice. When making your booking, understand that you are booking with The Consultant Clinic. As a courtesy, we attempt to place you with a doctor of your choice. All of our doctors are trained identical and regularly follow each others' work on patients and as such it remains that booking fees are strictly non-refundable in their absence where cover is provided.
