In this class we will build our strength with fun conditioning drills both on and off the apparatus. We will learn some new wraps and continue to drill old ones. Think split tissue wheeldowns, tension climbs, back balances, meat hooks and more.
Prereqs: 2 continuous climbs, hip key, straddle in air (bent or straight arms/legs), wheeldowns.
