Core conditioning is an all levels strengthening class for those trying to level up aerial and non-aerial goals. We will start off with 15 min of high energy movement to get the body mobile, followed by ab, leg, and back conditioning, ending with a cool down stretch. Fitness apparel with easy to remove layers recommended for this class. Apparatus free and open to all skill and fitness levels!
8 classes, 1 hour each. This class will open for drop-in signups on the first day of class for the session.
