For the goals we want to achieve, we often have to break them down into bite-sized pieces and tackle them one step at a time. Having a series of 3 coaching sessions gives you the time and space you need to focus on each step, explore any barriers you face, challenge any beliefs, create new approaches and stay accountable to your actions and results.
In each session, expand perspectives through the experiences of others, exchange ideas and get supported as you work towards your goal. Progress towards achieving what you want, while learning from others and staying connected with others.
Coaching areas could include stress management, improving relationships, managing expectations, getting the ideal job or promotion, finding meaning, building confidence etc.
