âś… Before Booking:
* Same-day & <24hr bookings are final—no reschedules or refunds.
* Book only if you're certain. FAQs cover everything: in2bronze.com.au/faqs.
* Questions? We reply if it's not in the FAQs or on our website.
✅ After Booking – URGENT!
* Check your email immediately after booking. It contains all essential details—forms, prep instructions, parking info, and cancellation/reschedule options.
* If you haven’t received it within 15 minutes (including spam), SMS us ASAP at 0492 998 511.
âś… On Arrival:
* If multiple people booked, check with the therapist at the door—they will let you know if everyone can enter or needs to wait outside/in the car. (You can also SMS to check in advance.)
* Kids welcome if well-behaved; services may stop if they disrupt the session.

* Don’t unsubscribe from our newsletter—it keeps you informed of policy changes, salon updates & deals (1-2x weekly).
