All zoom sessions will receive the link no less than 15 minutes prior to your session.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for paid coaching sessions. No refunds will be given within 24 hours of an appointment. If you have an emergency situation however, email contact@wendolynbird.com or text at 415.496.9053

If you do need to cancel for any reason within 24 hours of an appointment (complimentary or paid), a text to 415.496.9053 would be most appreciated.
