WAIVER: By booking a reservation, all entrants to the cat lounge agree to our waiver. You can read it by clicking here.
MINORS: Please note that a reservation is required for each guest over the age of 5. Minors under 16 must be strictly supervised, accompanied by an adult.
GROUPS: To make multiple reservations of the same type, use the "number of people" selection to the right while selecting your reservation type. Currently, different types of reservations (ex: 1 regular and 1 student visiting together) must be booked in separate transactions. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and are working with Acuity Scheduling to improve this as soon as possible.All group members must read and digitally agree to the waiver at the end of the reservation process. Guests under age 5 do not need a reservation, but must have a parent/guardian's signature and be listed on the waiver.CANCEL/RESCHEDULE: Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled from your confirmation email. In order to reschedule or receive a refund, regular reservations must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance, and classes/special events such as yoga must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Each reservation is tied to one email, so be sure to cancel from each confirmation email.GIFT CARDS: It has come to our attention that guests are having trouble redeeming their gift cards.
