Reiki is a word used to describe an universal energy that flows through every living thing. It is an ancient art and science that was rediscovered in Japan in the 1900s by Dr. Miako Usui, a Japanese Christian minister. It is a tool used to promote spiritual growth, balance, wholeness, and healing. Reiki is one of the services offered at The Zen Spot that needs to be performed in person.

Are you having trouble turning your mind off or want to focus on more positive thinking? Then an individualized meditation session is perfect for you. Meditation practices have been around for many centuries. It teaches a person to focus on a particular object, feeling, or thought to clear your mind and achieve a state of peace. Each session is developed to cater to your specific needs. Meditation sessions are best experienced in person, but can also be done remotely in a quiet, calm environment.

The purpose behind spaced clearing is simple. Essential oils, sounds, or other natural tools are used to cleanse/clear your space of negative energy. After the serviced is performed, you can expect the space to feel peaceful and serene. I will also invite good energy into the space to help promote healing, Services must be within a 25-mile radius of downtown Houston. A travel fee is required.

With the use of Angel cards, I am able to use my intuitive gifts to help provide insight into different questions or subjects. The readings can also be performed to give information about the past, present, and future of your home life/family, relationships/romance, and career/purpose. Readings can be done remotely or in person and must have at least one Reiki session before booking.

This session is composed of a hybrid of services. The first part of the session is spent discussing what areas you would like to focus on. I would then utilize my intuitive gifts to connect to God/Divine Light to help explore anxiety, depression, grief, stress, pain, or family/marital issues. I may also receive information from your angels or souls connected to you to relay information. Each session is unique to your needs. Services typically last for about 75 minutes and must be performed in person.

This is also the time to ask any questions or to open up about any emotions or traumas that you feel are pertinent. Counseling sessions typically last for about 30 minutes and can be performed remotely or in person. Please note there will be a service fee of $35 per each additional 30 minutes.
