Body By Gilles
In this class, you will experience 45 minutes of an intense full body/lower body workout taught by Gilles Soulteyrand. This class is fun but challenging due to its HIIT factor while keeping your body strain free. It will demonstrate the advantages of this type of training but also its efficacy once optimized by an expert in bodyweight. In addition, Gilles has prepared a 10 Minute abs session that you can also to do at home.
