Polistic Plus Pole Yoga is a new way to use the fitness pole.
Pole yoga is a blend of calisthenics, yoga, Pilates, stretching, and energy tuning. This form of pole yoga is a dynamic way to use the pole to elevate your heart rate, stretch the muscles, align the spine, open the hips flexors, release stress, balance your energy AND cultivate new energy. Yoga style clothing is preferable. These private sessions are tailored to your needs and level of ability. If you can grasp a pole with your hands, you can pole yoga.
Please remember pole yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach and while sober. Please eat light and fresh if you have to, but not eating for at least an hour before class is recommended. Clothing should be comfortable and easy to move in. Remember to bring your water bottle.
