This is a 55 minute one on one lesson. Hitting lessons focus on developing core fundamentals of hitting for power and/or slapping. Listed price is for Monthly Members Only.

Group Softball Hitting Sessions are for athletes that have taken a minimum of two private hitting sessions. The group session contains many of the same drills performed in the private session, but athletes work more independently. Athletes take a minimum of 200 "Perfect" swings in the session. Athletes must be a member to attend the group sessions.

SFS Virtual Lessons are designed for athletes unable to attend the facility in person. Athletes interested in virtual lessons will need Bucket of Balls, One Tee, and Net in addition to their bat. Instructors will teach athletes the SFS Way and help athletes through a series of SFS drills to improve each athletes swing.
