Mindfulness and Quiet Joy: Support in These Times (Copy)

We can turn our mindfulness to places of quiet joy in order to balance our heart and mind in this changing world. This class offers practises of nourishment that we can touch in this moment, even in the midst of challenge. The class will be limited to 12 in order to facilitate a sense of community and ample time for practise support. The at home, zoom format opens a surprising opportunity to bring these practises more fully into our everyday lives.
