INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

A sliding scale is offered so sessions remain accessible to everyone. Please choose honestly and no questions will be asked. If you can pay more please do as you are supporting those who might not otherwise be able to.
In person sessions
-private home studio in south east Edmonton (home has animals)
-your location in Edmonton (travel fee applies)
Virtual Sessions
-via ZOOM platform or by phone
-most sessions can be done virtually

The goal of this offering is to provide a self care class designed and recorded JUST FOR YOU. We recognize that everyone's self care needs are different so this is chance for you to really tap into what that looks like for you, with our help of course! You own the recording forever and can purchase as many as you like for as long as we offer them. Yoga, meditation, relaxation practices, mindfulness, or guided body work are some of your options! Wellness Strategy Session

These sessions are designed to help you create some self care strategies to help you manage your wellness. We will explore your goals, strengths and resources related to your wellness to help create a path moving forward.

Guided Self Care Reading
60 minutes
Pay what you can
Using a beautiful self care oracle card deck created by community care worker and artist Taylor Haigh of Fox On An Island, we will journey together to better understand your self care needs and the resources that might be available for you. You will be led through a short guided grounding meditation and we will explore the messages available for you around the current state of your wellness.
Self Care Session
90 Minutes
Sliding scale
Designed to invite your body, mind and heart into a sincere, meaningful, restorative healing space. You will be guided to connect to your whole self & relax into your experience in each new moment. Sessions last 75 minutes and an additional 15 min will be available for a grounding and debriefing.
On your intake form you will choose the type of session that most suits you from the options below OR design your own.
RELAX
If you would like support to reverse the effects of chronic stress on the body and mind this session is for you. Reiki inspired shared meditation and breathwork will together help to activate the relaxation response in the body giving you the experience and benefits of deep rest.
RESTORE
If you are looking for focused and intentional healing, are feeling like you need a reset and some physical TLC this session is for you. Reiki inspired shared meditation and reflexology will together encourage the body to process and move stress a bit more deeply.
RENEW
If you are interested in initiating your own healing through guided personal practice this session is for you. Together we will engage in breath work, meditation techniques, yoga and movement practice designed to meet you where you are, help you create a personal practice designed to suit your own unique experience of being. Out of all the sessions, this one is best suited for an online VIRTUAL session but can also be done in person.
A little more about what to expect in each session and each option broken down if you choose to build your own session...
Breath work - Conscious breathing to engage the bodies relaxation response. Be guided through a variety of techniques that best suits your needs.
Reiki - A Japanese practice of shared meditation using a hands on or hands off approach depending on a clients comfort. Attention is given to different parts of the body and mind using light touch and a heart centered meditation practice by the practitioner. The clients only job is to relax. Sessions are done fully clothed. Reiki inspired meditation can be guided online.
Reflexology - An ancient practice using gentle massage and pressure points on the hands, feet and or face to facilitate relaxation, stimulation of the nervous system and whole body health. Evidence suggests reflexology is effective for pain and stress management. Self administered reflexology can be guided online.
Yoga & Meditation - Yoga is an ancient Vedic practice of developing union between body and mind. Movement, asana (postures), focused attention, reflection and meditation support both personal and collective wellness in so many ways. By creating space to be fully engaged and accepting of life in the present moment we allow ourselves to see ourselves and others as we truly are.
All practices are shared from a trauma sensitive and aware space.
