We do not fingerprint for concealed weapons permit or Hawaii Board of Nursing. You MUST provide a Live Scan Request Form or ORI and/or OCA number.

Conventional Fingerprints on Card

15 minutes

We do not fingerprint for concealed weapons permit or passports. This service is only for applicants required to be fingerprinted on a paper card or hard card.

Notary Service

5 minutes

Signer must be present with a valid photo ID. If the signer is not present, and you are the power of attorney, proof must be provided to the Notary Public at the time of the appointment. Service is $5 per page or seal.
