Choose a half-day if you feel that you have a minimal number of issues to address, or if you feel that you are already close to an agreement.
- Mediation - full day
8 hours
Choose a full day if you feel that you have many issues to address and/or you are not in agreement on those issues.

Mediation with Mindi is $200 per hour, shared equally between the parties. Payment is expected the day of mediation at the conclusion of the mediation session.
Please choose half-day or full day mediation below to see availability. When scheduling mediation, please let us know if you are represented by an attorney. If you are, please provide his or her name. Once you've scheduled mediation, we will provide confirmation by email.
Mindi is willing to hold mediation in-person if both parties would rather not have mediation over Zoom. If you want to schedule an in-person mediation, please call into our office and speak with Abby or Alley to schedule that.
