How to Feel Less Stressed around Food during the Holidays (Private Consult)
As the holiday season creeps up, so does the stress, anxiety, feelings of guilt and a preoccupation with food. Talk about a pumpkin spice buzz kill! In this private consult, we will discuss how to overcome triggering situations and people, how to give yourself permission to eat, and alternative coping strategies for dealing with holiday stress other than food. We will do exercises to practice these techniques so that you can leave with a concrete, personal plan and ready for all the holiday cheer.

This package includes 6 x 30 minute visits to be used within 3 months of the first visit, i.e. if the first visit is October 4th the last visit must be scheduled before or on January 4th. Any visits not used at the end of the 3 month period will be lost.
