For those wanting to workout over the summer but can only make 4 sessions you can pick and choose any FOUR Wednesdays or Fridays from Wednesday 31 July & 7, 14, 21 August and/or Friday 2, 9, 16, 23 August. Classes are 6.30-7am. Dumbbells and a skipping rope are needed at each session. This is NOT suitable for anyone with pelvic floor or diastasis issues.
