Treasure Tresses is a hair extension studio with a focus in healthy haircare.
In this intimate setting guests will meet and be served by lead stylist Schatzi. We will have the opportunity to discuss all hair goals, and style of interest to ensure that the services provided exceed expectations.
Studio Etiquette
Due to COVID-19, please arrive alone.
No additional parties including; service pets, children, siblings, significant others, parents, nor friends will be allowed to accompany guests inside of the salon space.
Please make all necessary arrangements prior to coming to the appointment time.
Scheduling Your Experience
None of the extension services include hair extensions unless specified.
Hair Extensions + Install packages are available for guest convenience.
All services include the standard shampoo service.
Be sure to add-on a treatment.
Securing Your Experience
A deposit is required to secure the service.
The deposit will be deducted from the total service amount during the checkout at the close of the service.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
Expectations
It is our goal to accommodate each guest according to their scheduled appointment time.
Though not often, there are times of unforeseen delays.
In the event of a delay, a courtesy text notification will be sent to the guest.
In an effort to provide the best service, we do not offer maintenance nor removals of any work done by any other stylist.
Punctuality
There is a 10 minute grace period, anything beyond 10 minutes may result in the cancellation of the appointment.
We understand that things do happen, anything beyond the 10 minutes grace: please call/text to check if the the stylist can accommodate an extended delay.
Don't go ghost! A no call/no show will result in a 100% service charge.
Habitual tardiness will restrict booking future appointment.
