Alignment Yoga & Mindful Strength - Level Two
Take your Alignment Yoga & Mindful Strength class to the next level. Participants should know the fundamentals of breath, alignment, and restraint in the basic Alignment Yoga poses. This class will begin to add more strength, and flexibility to the practice. Every pose has been analyzed based on the risk-benefit relationship and is taught with modifications based on an individual's abilities. Each class contains tidbits of yoga wisdom and meditation to help align the body, mind, and spirit.
