To ensure that we offer only the best customer service to clients and stay on time for your appointment, please note the following policies:
Please have your existing set (gel polish, hard gel, acrylic, dip system, etc.) removed before your appointment.
You will have the opportunity to book a gel removal service after our first initial appointment.
New clients are required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit that will go toward your total service amount.
SELECTING THE RIGHT APPOINTMENT
Please select the appropriate appointment type, whether you have existing gel to be removed or not. If you book a service without removal and you show up to your appointment with existing gel, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will be charged 100% of the service total for the missed appointment. Please refer to the Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy.
LATE CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY
By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) fee of 50% of the scheduled value or a no-show fee of up to 100% should you miss your visit without proper notification.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
