*When booking make sure you book for your addons as well, to allow time for your complete service
*ALL clients MUST be 12 years of age or older!
Appointments can be made 24hrs in advance through this site ONLY! (ALL APPTS NEED TO BE BOOKED ONLINE). If you try to book anytime less than 24hrs from the time you would like to schedule. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO. It has to be 24hrs in advance.
* A credit/debit card is required in order to book/hold your appointment there will be a $1 nonrefundable booking fee charged to your card at the time of booking. You are still responsible for the full service amount once services are rendered. Your card will NOT be charged for services unless you are a NCNS -or- DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN 24 HRS, if either one of these occur you will be charged 50% of your booked service. There is a $25 deposit required for some services this deposit will go towards your service, unless you are a NCNS -or- DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN 24 HRS. If either one of these occur you will forfeit your deposit. *** ALL INSTALOC/CHROCHET INSTALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE*** Once you book your appointment and pay your deposit for this service, I purchase hair and begin customizing. The preparation for this service is tedious and costly, so therefore making the deposit non-refundable.
* An email address and phone number are required to receive appointment confirmations. PLEASE DO NOT TEXT ME ASKING ABOUT YOUR APPT. You will receive a reminder via the app.
* I asked that you PLEASE refrain/limit your CELLPHONE USAGE, As it slows down the process of your services, if I have to constantly ask you to hold your head up. PLEASE have consideration for me as well as the clients scheduled after you. Thanks 😊
* Once you leave the shop all services rendered are final & there are NO REFUNDS. If you leave the shop and decide you don't like/dissatisfied with you overall outcome and would like to change/take down or redo your hair YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A WHOLE NEW SERVICE. So let me know before you leave my chair that you are not happy with your style. Thanks
* Hair MUST be freshly shampooed and blown dry from root to end. PLEASE DO NOT add any products to your hair, this applies to ALL BRAID SERVICES. If I have to render these services you will be charged an additional $25 for blow out/$35 for a shampoo and blowout, and you will NEED to add it to your list of services.
* There is a 15 min grace period allowed for all clients. If you exceed the 15 mins, the appointment will be canceled.
* RESCHEDULING is done online ONLY. Appointments must be rescheduled within 24 hours of the original canceled or missed appointment.
* PLEASE make sure you are booking for the correct service, as this allows time to complete the service. NOT booking correctly will result in rescheduling, If Im unable to fit you in.
