- Clients’ appointments are one at a time unless for brow appointments. Please allow for previous client to leave before your appointment starts. If there is a delay for your appointment time I will send a text promptly. Please text if you are running behind. I can accommodate if you text early.
- All services require a deposit which is paid via this site $20 for lash appointments /$50 for Microblading appointments (which is applied to your service.
- Deposit are non refundable if client is unable to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so another client can fill that slot.
- Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 1130am to pm. If you need a weekend or evening appointment please text 2406152956

- IF HELENALASHESYOU CANCELS THE CLIENTS APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER ‘DAY’, HELENALASHESYOU WILL REFUND DEPOSIT IF CANCELING BEFORE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. BECAUSE FAIR IS FAIR! If a client cancels less than 24 hours of appointment. Deposit is forfeited
- All clients must wear a medical mask and have clean face(no makeup) and hands before appointment, you need to clean your face(remove makeup) before you enter. Not having clean eyes will take away from your appointment time which I cannot give back.
