- **PLEASE BE AWARE THAT EVEN THOUGH YOUR APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED FOR A CERTAIN TIME, IT DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN YOU WILL BE SEEN AT THE TIME. YOU WILL BE INFORMED IF THERE ARE ANY DISCREPANCIES. PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE, IT IS APPRECIATED❗️
- Appointments are confirmed by placing a deposit, then after you will receive a confirmation email. ️
- **Please arrive to your appointment on the scheduled time, NOT EARLIER! STRICT POLICY! Due to covid-19 there are restrictions in place for safety precautions. (I apologize for the inconvenience & thank you for cooperating 😊)
- **Please be aware that you book and confirmed a time frame for the service chosen. That means you are committed to the TIME FRAME listed for that service. Cancelation due to inpatients or rushing will result to you losing your deposit ❗️
- Only the technician can cancel your appointment in which your appointment will be rescheduled or credited for another date and time.
- **If the customer inflicts complications that threatens the safety of technician you will be asked to leave & you will not get a refund of your deposit ❗️
- Remaining payment is due the day of your appointment via cash, credit card (extra fees apply), or cash app, zelle & venmo❗️All card transactions will be charged an additional fee❗️
- ** DREAMFILLZ DOES NOT RE-FILL OTHER EYELASH EXTENSIONS TECHNICIANS WORK. YOU MUST REMOVE THEM & GET A NEW SET.
- WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT THE PRICE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IS LOCKED IN & CAN NOT BE CHANGED NOR REDUCED❗️
- **ALL rescheduling must be confirmed 48 hour before your scheduled appointment ❗️
- Be aware at times rescheduling may be hard to do! Please accurately pick your appointment time❗️
- **LATENESS: At 15 mins, you will be charged an additional $15, after 15 mins your appointment may/will be CANCELED, at that time you will need to book an new appointment with another deposit❗️
- **NO CALL NO SHOWS TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WILL STILL BE CHARGED 25% OF THE SERVICE THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP TO! PLEASE CALL TO INFORM OR COMMUNICATE ISSUES OR RESCHEDULING.
- PLEASE arrive to your appointment with a natural face, NO MAKEUP ❗️You will be charged $5 for any kind of makeup removal.
- **Unfortunately Only you alone can attend your appointment do to the personal experience settings
- Please DON'T BRING ANY CHILDREN under the age of 10 years old with you to your appointment ❗️
- **ALL deposits and transactions are final sale and NON-REFUNDABLE❗️ (bank disputes will lead to DOUBLE charge and you will NOT be able to book again.)
