This session is in person and can include everything from muscle testing to Therapeutic Kinesiology, reiki, Yuen Method, Essential Oils, a detox healing wrap or whatever is needed based on our assessment prior to or at the beginning of our session. In addition to the session 1 weeks worth of whatever the physical recommendation is; whether it be a homeopathic remedy, loose herbs or a nightly meditation, it will be provided with full instructions at the end of session.
