    • Fitness Reboot Package

      CA$150.00 every 2 weeks for 6 weeks (CA$450.00 total)

      The Fitness Reboot Program helps you to get back into physical activity by improving how you organize your movements. If you are returning returning to physical activity after injury or a long time away from regular workout, I can help you find easier, clearer movement so you can stick with it. If you find you can't do the physical activity because parts of you hurts too much or you just can’t seem to do what your trainer or instructor asks you to do, the Fitness Reboot Program is for you. We do 3 in-person (or online) sessions to improve your alignment and body mechanics. You will get: 1) Customized checklist of what to pay attention to as you work out to reduce your risk of aggravated joints or injury as you increase your physical activity 2) Bespoke homework created for you to improve the quality of your movement 3) Tracking your progress and results 4) Rehearsal of fitness movements so you are clear on what movement you will do when you work out. This is not a program to develop a fitness routine for you. This program works best to improve your results from an activity or routine you are already doing. You will finish the Fitness Reboot Package with: 1) practical knowledge on how to do your fitness routine movements to get better results with less pain. 2) targeted knowledge on how your body works to keep you moving for life! You will be charged 3 payments of $150 every 2 weeks for a total of 3 sessions ($450).

    • Recovery Discovery Package

      CA$150.00 every 2 weeks for 6 weeks (CA$450.00 total)

      The Recovery Discovery Package helps you recover from a recent injury. Unconscious movement habits often contribute to physical injuries, like knee or shoulder joint tears. We uncover the movement habits that contribute to your current pain and discover more effective movement habits that lead you towards freer, easier movement and away from the risk of re-injury. If you have completed physiotherapy or other post-injury therapies but find you are not able to move in the way you want, Recovery Discovery is for you. We do 3 in-person (or online) sessions to improve your alignment, body mechanics. We develop your personal recipe of micro-movement options to improve your mobility and minimize your pain while you move. You will get: 1) Customized checklist on what to pay attention to in your movement to reduce pain and improve your movement. 2) Bespoke homework created for you to support your recovery. 3. Progress and results tracking You will finish Recovery Discovery with: 1) Practical knowledge on how to move to support your recovery including freer, less painful movement 2) Greater confidence to move. 3) A better level of knowledge about how your body works to keep you moving for life. You will be charged 3 payments of $150 every 2 weeks for a total of 3 sessions ($450).

    • Perform Package

      CA$150.00 every 2 weeks for 6 weeks (CA$450.00 total)

      The Perform Package helps you to improve your sport performance by refining unconscious movement patterns that limit how far you hit the ball or how long you can play at your best. If you find your performance is not reliable or a prior injury keeps you from performing at your peak, I can help you find easier, clearer movement that creates more reliable results. If you are frustrated with your performance and are not getting the results you want, the Perform Package is for you. We do 3 in-person (or online) sessions to improve your movement patterns. You will get: 1) Customized checklist of what to pay attention to as you swing, run or roll. 2) Bespoke homework created for you to improve how you move 3) Tracking of your progress and results 4) Rehearsal of movement patterns to create more reliable results This is not a program to teach you how to play your sport. This program works best to improve your movement patterns so you can maximize your performance. You will finish the Perform Package with: 1) Practical knowledge of your movement patterns that help you perform at your best 2) Greater confidence to compete 3) A better knowledge of how your body work to keep you playing for life. You will be charged 3 payments of $150 every 2 weeks for a total of 3 sessions ($450).

    • Move Freely Program (10 sessions within 6 months)

      CA$233.34 per month for 6 months (CA$1,400.04 total)

      This program is for clients who are committed to ongoing functional integration support. In 10 sessions over 6 months, you will learn to identify movement habits that create pain, discomfort or interfere with your free movement and you will learn how to move with greater ease, enjoyment and balance. With the package you will receive: 1. Tracking of your progress including pre- and post-videos of your movement and a progress map showing your progress 2. A customized checklist of what to pay attention to as you move. 3. Personal homework to improve the quality of your movement - you will have a personal library of movement explorations, curated information and micromovements to support your movement life. 4. A personal Move Freely recipe to support your ongoing movement freedom. 5. Ask Me Anytime - you can send me a voice or video message with questions - I will respond as soon as possible.
