RE: Expiring Gift Certificates- Unforeseen circumstances may not permit gift certificate to be redeemed by recipient within the timeframe, however measures have been provided as follows:

Up to 10 days after the expiration of gift certificate, recipient will be able to use only 50% of the $ value towards any services. In order to take advantage of this extension and book online, please reach out to me at 443-492-9861, prior to the expiration date, to receive new CODE for the 50% value of gift certificate to be used on any services. You must reach out directly to retrieve new booking code as the original code provided will be invalid day 1 after expiration.
If gift certificate received was for a special promotion of item no longer available on the service booking menu, the special promotion will convert to 50% off the total $ value towards any duration of service 50minutes or longer. Recipient must reach out prior to the expiration date to receive new CODE and/or book service.
ALL GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL BE NULL/VOID BEYOND 10 DAYS AFTER EXPIRATION WITH NO COMMUNICATION PRIOR TO ITS EXPIRATION, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

The 24-hour cancellation policy will still be in effect however if the gift recipient should become ill or exposed to illness within the 24-hour time period, a re-booking fee of $50 will only be waived for the first re-schedule so long as it has been communicated to the therapist at least 2 hours prior to the start of session and its booked within 10 days of cancellation. If a cancellation within 24 hours is due to any other reasoning, an expected 50% invoice be due prior to any servicing. or complete forfeiture of gift certificate which will be decided by recipient. Failure to communicate and/or satisfy outstanding balance will automatically default to canceling of gift certificate from being used for any future bookings and client may be banned from online rebooking until resolved.

RE: No call/No show by gift recipient (or pre-paid series/package client) will forfeit 100% the value of gift certificate (or equivalent pre-paid booked service) and customer may not reschedule any future appointments at the establishment until a 50% of total service booked has been satisfied.

RE: CANCELLATIONS OF CERTIFICATE/SERIES/PACKAGES:

In the event, session has been cancelled by the service provider, the session will be rescheduled for you at your earliest convenience, free of charge, up to 10 days after the cancelled appointment (which may exceed the current expiration date.
If this is a rescheduled appointment that has already went beyond the expiration date of the certificate/series, the service provider will override and book the session for you up to one time rescheduling.
24-hour cancellation policy will still be in effect for the new rescheduled date agreed upon.
If a cancellation (and communication has been made to service provider via email, call or text) is due to the client, at the new appointment time frame for any other reason beyond sickness in less than 24 hours notice, a 50% invoice will need to be satisfied or complete forfeiture of gift certificate will be decided by recipient of gift and/or therapist.
