Bike Safety Presentations - June 6 to 22, 2022
This in-person bike safety presentation is suitable for all grades of elementary school age children. There is a 15 minute PowerPoint that will be presented and a question period at the end.
Principals may book their whole school for one time, or teachers within the same school may book individually for the time that works best for their class. Please try to coordinate bookings within your school, as we may not be able to accommodate multiple schools on the same day. If you have any questions or need to discuss a separate time for your school/class, feel free to email coordinator@scwb.ca.
Buckle Up Wood Buffalo
Please choose the "Car Seat Inspection" category and proceed with your booking according to the number of seats you are getting inspected. Please ensure that your car seat is installed to the best of your abilities prior to arrival. This is not an installation service, you will be required to be hands on.
If you are booking for one of our Car Seat clinics please note the location and follow up email details as they could be different from Buckle Up Wednesday.
We are now offering IN-PERSON inspections! If you require a virtual inspection please reach out to, coordinator@scwb.ca. These inspections will take place outside, in the Shell Place/MacDonald Island parking lot. When you drive into Mac Island take your first right into the parking lot facing the Giants baseball stadium and Shell Place West Entrance. Park your vehicle with ample space on either side in front of the Giants baseball stadium. A Technician will be watching for you or possibly with the previous inspection, they will approach when they are ready. If you have an appointment that you can no longer attend, please cancel or reschedule to avoid a technician waiting on you.
Weekend clinics will happen once a month during the spring/summer months but they do book up fast once advertised.
