SPA Yoga® is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based on Fluid Yoga sequencing and designed to restore and relax while opening the body for the art of the possible.
By engaging all five of the senses with calming candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists, neck and shoulder massage, and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!), SPA Yoga aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation.
Vinyasa Flow (Saturday)
The flowing nature of the breath is energetically linked with mindful, continual movement and creative sequencing in this Vinyasa class. Based on Fluid Yoga® founded by Kevan Gale, this Vinyasa Flow also emphasizes heat-building to increase strength and flexibility, while training the mind to be more content and relaxed when faced with difficult challenges on and off the mat.
