STEP 1.SIMPLE CONSULTATION
Booking your photo session starts with a brief consultation with your photographer, Leon. Let us know what type of photo shoot experience you are looking for or feel free to inquire with Leon to suggest and design a shoot based around you.
STEP 2. SCHEDULING YOUR DATE & TIME
The studio books photo sessions during the weekend only an only books 1 client per day.This allows us to give each client our full attention on the day of their shoot.Bookings are usually done 2-3 weeks out.During busy times, bookings can be up to 4 weeks out. Weekends book up the quickest and week days are more time constrained.
STEP 3. BOOKING & PAYING FOR YOUR SESSION
Your Date & Time are ‘tentatively’ reserved until the contract has been signed by both parties and the deposit fee has been paid in full.Once your contract has been signed and the deposit fee has been paid, your photo shoot is considered ‘Confirmed & Booked’ – the date of your shoot is fully committed to you.
Photo shoot bookings are scheduled on a First paid/First booked scenario.Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at any time.
