Massage is fast becoming a popular approach to health care and maintaining well being. Although many people are still unaware of the benefits that can be received through regular massage or simply treating your self or loved one to some TLC. Massage not only addresses physical pain and disfunction, but has many psychological and emotional benefits also helping to release "feel good " hormones.

Booking your session is the first step to receiving the full benefit a Massage can offer to you, Massage session combine the use of Hot Stones, Cupping and Reiki.

I am here to support you in anyway I can.

Light Hearted Massage is a residential business based in Riverside Tasmania a scenic drive from Launceston. Also offering mobile massage options, in various locations and work places.

Payment is optional via the online booking process and can also be paid at time of appointments.

An online Intake and consent form is available to complete, I encourage you to take the time to fill in the questionnaire, this will help to save time and allow me to view the reasons for your visit and get the best understanding of your health, prior to your sessions. Please take the time to fill in your details correctly. When booking your first appointment please select the Initial consultation massage option, this allows for discussion of your massage requirements,assessments and your massage treatment.

24 hrs notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. A $50 fee maybe charged for missed appointments and cancellations at the business discretion.

It is also advisable if you are unwell to reschedule an appointment.
