Please read all information below before booking.
Location:
Milian London 94 Croydon Road Beckenham BR3 4DF
Parking:
There are varies of residential that you are able to find parking spaces such as; Wimborne way, Eden road and Langley road. Also there is a car park at the elm tree pub that has free parking.
Premium / Out of Hours Slots:
These slots are an extra £15 charge
Out of hours slots are 8:00pm appointments, to book these slots you’ll need to message me via text, dm or email and I’ll allow access to these slots once I’ve confirmed my availability.
Slots on the 23rd, 24th, 30th & 31st December are all - premium slots
Hair Drop off:
The hair must be sent via post or in person 4 DAYS in advance, failure to do so the appointment will be cancelled and you'll have to reschedule your appointment.
Along with the hair you must include your full name, date and time of your appointment.
If you’re sending the hair via post, it must be sent to the appointment address.
If you’re dropping the hair to me in person, please message me via text, dm or email before hand.
Wigs:
I DO NOT MAKE OR INSTALL GLUELESS FRONTAL WIGS!
All frontal wigs that I make and install will need to be stuck down. Only closure wigs can be installed without glue.
Head Measurements:
Please understand that head measurements are required for all custom made wigs. This is because all custom wigs are made prior to your appointment. Head measurements must be taken in inches to ensure that the wig fits correctly, please use the diagram above as a guide.
Lace Recommendations:
I recommend purchasing HD lace as it will give a more seamless melt when installing. If the lace is too dark for your skin complexion, there’s nothing that can be done to lighten it.
Payment:
There is a £30 deposit fee, which will be deducted from your total cost and is non-refundable. The remaining cost will need to be paid in cash or bank transfer on the day of your appointment.
Availability:
Slots are released on the 15th of every month at 7 pm (unless I announce changes).
If there are no available dates below, please message me via instagram or email to see if I have any cancellations.
Terms and Conditions:
1. No deposit, no appointment.
2. If you have paid for cornrows, your hair will need to be recently washed and blowdried prior to your appointment.
3. If you have booked a sleek ponytail, half up half ponytail frontal ponytail or leave out sew-in appointment, please ensure your hair is freshly washed and DO NOT use any oils or hair creams in your hair.
4. If you already have your cornrows done prior, it will need to be as neat and flat as possible.
5. If you’re more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a £10 late fee, if you’re more than 45 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
6. Please ensure that the hair (bundles) is fully dry before posting or dropping it to me.
