Please note you will be unable to steam while menstruating, have active spotting, while pregnant or less than 6 weeks postpartum. Waxing or shaving should be done after your service or no less than 72 hours prior as your skin maybe sensitive. Hair removal is not required for our service as your lower body is completely covered during your treatment.
Group sessions & spa parties have a maximum count of 4 guests. 2 guests per treatment room at our Vsuite. If you need information on booking a larger group we’re happy to assist.
Appointments require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your experience. Your deposit is applied towards services. No deposit is required on prepaid packages or vouchers. You can pay your deposit with any major credit or debit card or via Paypal. Group sessions and Herbal Foot Soaks are prepaid and full payment is due at booking
We pride ourselves on efficient service and respect your busy schedule. Please be on time for your appointment and expect to be on the premises for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cancellations less than 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. Arriving more than 5 minutes late will result in rescheduling and loss of deposit or prepaid credit. Early arrival will not guarantee admittance as other clients are being serviced, to allow for social distancing and proper sanitation between guests. If you arrive early feel free to have a seat outside our office door. There is comfortable seating available for you.
No additional visitors, children or pets are permitted while services are being rendered. If you’re feeling under the weather, have cold or flu symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19 we will work with you to reschedule your appointment.
Comfy clothes are best to wear during your treatment. Bring your favorite socks and a pair of underwear if you don’t usually wear them.
We offer complimentary non alcoholic beverages for solo and group sessions. We ask that you arrive to your appointment alert and not under the influence of any substance. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to ensure all guests are alert and not desensitized to ensure their safety.
